In this pivotal role as Marketing Events Manager, you will spearhead our commitment to engaging customers and prospects through high-impact in-person events, encompassing everything from large-scale trade shows to intimate local gatherings. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that our presence is not only authoritative but also innovative, delivering substantial value to attendees and reinforcing our brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s event calendar in synergy with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Manage all facets of field and partner event planning, including venue selection, negotiations, speaker coordination, signage, promotional materials, and lead follow-up.
- Coordinate logistics such as shipping, accommodations, and marketing campaign setup in lead management tools.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to plan and execute pre-event and post-event activities.
- Keep abreast of field marketing trends by monitoring relevant industry publications and reports.
- Evaluate potential industry events for participation opportunities.
- Integrate events into Account-Based Marketing and demand-generation campaigns, meticulously tracking their progress and ROI.
- Anticipate travel requirements of approximately 20-30% of the time.
